Far Cry 6 Gold Edition — Ubisoft Connect

What is Far Cry 6 Gold Edition?

Far Cry 6 Gold Edition is the PC version that combines Ubisoft’s open-world first-person shooter with the base game and Season Pass content. The story takes place in the tropical nation of Yara, ruled by dictator Antón Castillo. As guerrilla fighter Dani Rojas, the player joins the Libertad resistance, carries out operations across the island, captures bases, and fights against Castillo’s regime.

This digital product for Ubisoft Connect is designed to be activated on an eligible Ubisoft account. In addition to the main adventure, the Gold Edition includes Season Pass content. This gives you access not only to the open-world campaign in Yara but also to additional episodes focused on some of the series’ most iconic villains.

What content does the Gold Edition offer?

The Gold Edition includes the Far Cry 6 base game, three Season Pass DLC episodes, and Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon for PC. The DLC episodes feature distinct scenarios shaped by the perspectives of Vaas Montenegro, Pagan Min, and Joseph Seed. After the guerrilla conflicts of the base game, these experiences offer more experimental maps, replay-focused progression, and narratives connected to previous games in the series.

• Base game: Explore Yara using land, sea, and air vehicles, and play missions alone or with a friend in supported content.
• Guerrilla equipment: Customize your playstyle with Resolver weapons, Supremo backpacks, and various equipment combinations.
• Three DLC episodes: Access separate experiences centered on Vaas, Pagan Min, and Joseph Seed.
• Blood Dragon: Experience a different kind of Far Cry adventure with a neon, retro science-fiction aesthetic.

Open-world gameplay in Yara

Far Cry 6 lets you choose between stealth, direct combat, and exploration. Clearing checkpoints, disabling anti-aircraft installations, finding new weapons, and expanding the resistance network are key parts of progression. Animal companions called Amigos support different combat approaches, while vehicles make it easier to travel across the expansive map.

Weapon modifications and equipment attributes make preparing for specific enemy types important. Armor-piercing ammunition, suppressors, and different Supremo options can change how you plan each mission. In addition to players who want to complete the main story, the Gold Edition is suited to those seeking a broader content package with Season Pass scenarios.
