Fake “support” messages
Accounts contacting you on Discord or by email claiming to be “ItemGold support” are scammers. Official support only writes through the on-site chat panel and never asks for passwords or codes.
SUPPORT VIA DM = FAKE
Security / scam prevention
The dragon only guards the inside of the vault. Everyone trying to pull you off-site has a single goal: catching your loot unprotected.
Protection starts with the exact seller, payment route, delivery terms and order record — never a badge alone.

SUPPORT VIA DM = FAKE
Sellers saying “I'll sell it cheaper over there” or “skip the commission, wire me directly” are trying to pull you outside the shield. The moment you leave the site, the dragon can no longer see you.
NEVER CLICK EXTERNAL LINKS
Nobody “urgently” sells a 425,000 TL Dragon Lore for 40,000 TL. A price far below the market is the bait itself.
TOO CHEAP = A TRAP
Do not follow a seller's separate payment request. Confirm the payment provider, payee and transaction terms shown by ItemGold before continuing.
Never share your code, account details, or personal data outside the order panel — even if the other side claims to be the “seller” or “support”.
Keep negotiation, delivery, and support in on-site messaging so the order record remains available if a review is needed.
Use the inspection window and acceptance steps shown on the product or listing. Do not accept a delivery before checking that it matches the offer.
Confirm the market, seller role, invoice issuer, delivery method and payment provider shown for the order.
Follow the product or listing's stated delivery and inspection steps; the time window can differ by order.
If delivery differs from the offer, use the order-specific dispute route and evidence requirements before the window closes.
