This text has been prepared by NOVENTRA STUDIOS, LLC and VELNORA Technology & IT Industry and Trade Ltd. Co. (“Company”), acting as the data controller, within the scope of the obligation to inform pursuant to Article 10 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“Law”).
2. Processed Personal Data and Categories
During your visit and use of our site, the following data is processed:

- Financial Data: IBAN, balance, payment and transaction history.
- Verification Documents (KYC): T.R. identity card or passport image, proof of address (residency/invoice), and selfie taken with the identity document (manual review only; automated face recognition is not applied).
- Credit Card Data: Cardholder’s name and last four digits (image with card number and CVC/CVV masked).
3. Purposes and Legal Grounds of Processing
Your personal data is processed based on the legal grounds in Article 5/2 (a, ç, e, f) of the Law for the purposes of ensuring the technical functionality of our services, responding to contact requests, detecting/preventing fraud, fake accounts, and misuse, verifying identity within the scope of suspicious transaction evaluation, and fulfilling legal obligations.
4. Transfer of Personal Data
In accordance with Article 8 of the Law and limited to the purpose, your data may be transferred to relevant internal departments, legal consultants, audit firms, and authorized public institutions and organizations (prosecutor’s offices, courts, law enforcement units). Data is not sold to third parties for commercial purposes.
5. Transfer of Personal Data Abroad
As a rule, your personal data is not transferred abroad. However, in cases where transfer abroad is required due to the technical infrastructure (servers, etc.) used, the transfer will be carried out in accordance with the conditions specified in Article 9 of the Law and by taking necessary security precautions.
6. Retention Period and Destruction
Your personal data is retained for the periods required by the purposes of processing and, in any case, throughout the statute of limitations stipulated in legal regulations. Following the expiration of the periods, your personal data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized in accordance with Article 7 of the Law.
7. Limitation of Liability and General Terms
- System Failures: Our Company is not liable for any direct or indirect damages and losses arising from any performance failure, error, interruption, delay in operation/transmission, computer virus, or system failure during the use of the website.
- External Links: The risks arising from the privacy policies and use of other websites accessed via our site for advertising, banners, or content purposes belong to the user. Our Company accepts no responsibility for these sites.
- Intellectual Property: All information, materials, copyrights, and other proprietary rights on this site belong to our Company. They cannot be used without written permission.
8. Your Rights as a Data Subject and Application
Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law, you have the right to learn whether your data is being processed, to request its correction, deletion, or destruction, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred, and to object to outcomes against you. You can submit your requests to our Company via a wet-signed petition, KEP, or secure electronic signature.
9. Authorized Court and Contact Information
Turkish Law shall apply to the resolution of disputes. In addition to the legally authorized courts, the Courts and Execution Offices of Antalya are authorized.

10. ItemGold.com Price Finder (Chrome Extension)
The extension operates only on product pages of supported stores. It reads the name of the product you are viewing and sends only the product name as a price query to the itemgold.com catalog service; the page URL and any form data are not transmitted.
The query is sent together with cookies stored by your browser for itemgold.com (including security verification cookies, currency preferences, and, if you are signed in, your session cookie). IP addresses and access logs associated with these requests are processed as part of the Transaction Security Information described in Section 2.
The price displayed on the page is compared locally on your device. Your settings, dismissed cards, and short-term price cache are stored only on your device using chrome.storage.
Links to ItemGold.com displayed on the extension's cards contain campaign parameters (UTM parameters) indicating that the visit originated from the extension.
This data is not sold to third parties and is not used for advertising profiling or credit assessment purposes. You can disable the extension from its Options page or uninstall it at any time.
