As NOVENTRA STUDIOS, LLC and VELNORA Technology & IT Industry and Trade Ltd. Co. (“ItemGold”), we use cookies and similar technologies to ensure that the itemgold.com website operates securely and properly, remember your preferences and, where you have given permission, analyze website usage to improve our services.
For detailed information about the processing of your personal data and your rights under the KVKK, you may review the Privacy Notice on the Processing of Personal Data.
WHAT IS A COOKIE?
Cookies are small data files that may be stored on your browser or device when you visit a website.
Cookies may be used for purposes such as keeping a session active, enabling secure login, remembering preferences and measuring website usage.
Tags, pixels, local storage, performance measurement technologies and security technologies that operate in a manner similar to cookies are also covered by this Policy.
WHICH COOKIES DO WE USE?
ESSENTIAL COOKIES
These cookies are used to operate the website, enable secure user login, manage sessions, support shopping cart and transaction steps, prevent fraud and remember cookie preferences.
Because these cookies are necessary for providing the service, they are not subject to user consent and cannot be disabled through the cookie settings panel.
FUNCTIONAL COOKIES
These cookies remember language, display and other optional preferences selected by the user.
These cookies are used only if you give your permission.
ANALYTICS COOKIES
These cookies help us understand how the website is used, which pages are visited, technical errors and page performance. For this purpose we use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity (session replay and heatmaps).
Analytics cookies that process personal data are used only if you give your permission.
MARKETING COOKIES
These cookies may be used to measure the effectiveness of advertisements, show advertisements relevant to your interests and evaluate advertising campaigns.
These cookies are used only if you give your permission.
GOOGLE CONSENT MODE
We run our analytics and marketing tags through Google Tag Manager using Google’s Consent Mode. Google Tag Manager loads on every visit; however, until you make a choice, the analytics and marketing consent signals are set to “denied”.
In that state, Google tags do not write analytics or advertising cookies to your device, do not read existing ones and do not use any persistent identifier that could identify you. Only limited, cookieless and non-identifying technical signals for aggregate statistics (the consent state, the page visited, a timestamp and a random number regenerated on every page load) may be sent to Google.
As soon as you allow analytics or marketing cookies, the relevant consent signal is updated to “granted”, and cookies are used only from that moment on. If you withdraw your consent, the tags return to cookieless mode.
SESSION REPLAY AND HEATMAPS
If you allow analytics cookies, we use Microsoft Clarity to understand how the website is used and to fix interface problems. Clarity records interactions during your visit — page views, mouse movement, scrolling, click and touch events, the elements clicked, screen dimensions, browser and device information, and an approximate location derived from your IP address — and produces session replays and heatmaps from them.
The Clarity tag is not loaded into your browser at all until you allow analytics cookies: without consent, neither the Clarity script is downloaded nor the cookies above are written. If you withdraw your consent, recording stops and a denial signal is sent to Clarity.
Recordings are used for aggregate behavioral analysis, not to identify you directly, and the contents of password fields never leave your browser. The data in recordings is processed by Microsoft Corporation (USA) as a service provider; any transfer abroad is carried out in accordance with Article 9 of Law No. 6698. If you do not want these recordings to be created, it is enough not to allow analytics cookies, or to withdraw your consent; this does not affect your ItemGold membership or your purchases.
Refusing functional, analytics or marketing cookies will not prevent you from maintaining an ItemGold membership, making purchases or using the website’s essential functions.

If third-party services such as Google, Microsoft (Clarity), Cloudflare and Noxtica are used, limited technical information required for the relevant technology to operate may be transferred to the service providers.
Where personal data must be transferred outside Türkiye, such transfers will be carried out in accordance with the transfer conditions set out in Article 9 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.
UPDATES TO THIS POLICY
This Policy will be updated if the cookies used, the providers or the purposes of use change.
