Commercial Electronic Communication and Marketing Consent

1. CONSENT TEXT

I authorize NOVENTRA STUDIOS, LLC and VELNORA Technology & IT Industry and Trade Ltd. Co. (“ItemGold”) to send commercial electronic communications to me through the communication channels I select for the purposes of:

1. Announcing campaigns, discounts and special offers,
2. Promoting new products and services,
3. Providing information about promotions, prize draws and events,
4. Sending satisfaction surveys,
5. Presenting ItemGold offers relevant to my interests,
6. Displaying or delivering marketing content appropriate to my Platform experience and preferred product or service categories.

This consent covers the email and SMS channels. A consent given during registration is also recorded for the SMS channel once I verify my phone number. I can give or withdraw consent for each channel separately in my account notification preferences.

I understand that my full name, email address, telephone number, user number, communication channel preferences, consent and opt-out records, date and time of consent, the screen through which consent was obtained, IP and security records, and the limited transaction records necessary to send marketing communications may be used for the specified marketing and communication purposes.

Where necessary to send communications, manage consent and opt-out records, and fulfil legal obligations, this information may be shared, on a limited basis, with communication delivery service providers, SMS, email and mobile notification infrastructure providers, commercial electronic communication management service providers, the Message Management System (“İYS”), and competent authorities and institutions.

2. OPTIONAL NATURE OF CONSENT

Consent to commercial electronic communications and marketing is optional.

Refusing to give this consent or subsequently withdrawing it will not prevent me from:

1. Becoming an ItemGold member,
2. Making purchases through the Platform,
3. Making sales if I meet the applicable requirements,
4. Using my account,
5. Receiving mandatory service notifications.

3. SERVICE NOTIFICATIONS

Notifications relating to orders, payments, deliveries, account security, membership status, password resets, verification, support requests, disputes, contractual changes and notifications required by applicable legislation are not marketing communications.

Such service and transaction notifications may be sent independently of my commercial electronic communication consent to the extent required by the relevant transaction or membership relationship. These notifications should not contain any promotion of goods or services or other marketing content.

4. WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT AND OPT-OUT REQUESTS

I may withdraw my commercial electronic communication consent at any time, without providing a reason and free of charge.

I may submit an opt-out request:

1. By using the free unsubscribe link or opt-out method included in the communications sent to me,
2. By changing the communication preferences in my account,
3. Through the Message Management System,
4. By sending an email to support@itemgold.com,
5. Through any other simple and free opt-out method offered for the relevant communication channel.

An opt-out request invalidates the consent relating to the communication channel for which it is submitted. Once the relevant opt-out request reaches ItemGold, commercial electronic communications through that channel will be stopped within no more than three business days.

Submitting an opt-out request does not prevent ItemGold from sending mandatory service notifications required by applicable legislation or by the membership, order, payment or support relationship.

5. CONSENT AND OPT-OUT RECORDS

To demonstrate that commercial electronic communication consent has been obtained and that opt-out requests have been implemented, ItemGold may retain records such as:

1. Full name,
2. Electronic communication address,
3. Selected communication channel,
4. Consent or opt-out status,
5. Date and time of consent or opt-out,
6. The screen or channel through which consent was obtained or the opt-out request was submitted,
7. IP and security records,
8. İYS registration or synchronization information,

in accordance with applicable legislation.

Consent and opt-out records falling within the scope of the İYS are registered with or managed through the İYS within the periods prescribed by applicable legislation. If a consent that must be registered with the İYS is not registered within the required period, commercial electronic communications will not be sent through the relevant channel.
