Zenless Zone Zero 8,080 Monochrome

What Is Zenless Zone Zero 8080 Monochrome?

Zenless Zone Zero 8080 Monochrome is a premium in-game currency package used in HoYoverse's urban fantasy action RPG. The package provides a total of 8080 Monochrome, consisting of a base amount of 6480 plus a 1600 bonus. It is a high-value top-up option for players who want to support their progress in New Eridu, prepare for new Agent and W-Engine options, or purchase selected premium content from the store.

Monochrome does not directly provide character levels, equipment power, or combat success. Its value comes from how you choose to use it in the game: you can spend Monochrome on eligible store bundles or convert it into Polychrome at a 1:1 ratio. Therefore, it is important to review the current Signal Search period, your target Agent or W-Engine, and the latest store content before making a purchase.

What Can You Do with 8080 Monochrome?

Polychrome Conversion and Signal Search

Monochrome can be converted into an equal amount of Polychrome. Polychrome can then be used to purchase Encrypted Master Tapes and Master Tapes through the Signal Shop. Encrypted Master Tapes are used for Signal Searches on limited-time Agent and W-Engine channels, while Master Tapes are used on standard channels. This allows you to allocate resources toward adding your favorite Agent to your roster or obtaining a W-Engine suited to your team.

The conversion is one-way; Polychrome cannot be converted back into Monochrome. For this reason, rather than converting your entire balance at once, checking your target channel, pity counter, and the remaining time allows for more controlled resource management.

Outfits and Store Bundles

Monochrome can also be used for eligible bundles and selected Agent outfits offered in the in-game store. Outfits provide visual customization and do not directly increase combat stats. Since bundle contents, prices, and availability periods may vary by version or event, you should check the latest in-game store.

Battery Charge and Progression Planning

Polychrome can also be used to replenish Battery Charge when needed. Battery Charge supports progression in activities that provide resources required to upgrade Agents, W-Engines, Drive Discs, and skills. However, because Signal Search goals draw from the same Polychrome pool, balancing daily resource farming with your plans for new characters may be more efficient.

Who Is It Suitable For?

• Players targeting new Agents: Suitable for players who want to prepare an Encrypted Master Tape budget for limited-time Signal Search channels.
• Players planning for W-Engines: Provides a flexible source of Polychrome for those seeking W-Engines suited to their team composition.
• Cosmetic enthusiasts: Can be used by players who follow selected outfits and visual content available in the store.
• Long-term resource planners: A high-value package for players who prefer to save across multiple updates and divide their spending according to specific goals.
