Call of Duty: Vanguard Cross-Gen Bundle — Xbox One

What is Call of Duty: Vanguard Cross-Gen Bundle?

Call of Duty: Vanguard Cross-Gen Bundle is a digital game package that delivers an FPS experience set across the battlefields of World War II, with versions for Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S. The term Cross-Gen in the product name indicates that the package includes versions for two generations within the same Xbox console family. This allows you to start playing on your current console and access the Series X|S version when you upgrade to compatible next-generation Xbox hardware.

Vanguard brings together a single-player Campaign, competitive Multiplayer, and a Zombies experience developed by Treyarch. Although the Global designation defines the product's regional coverage, the country where the code will be redeemed, the Microsoft account region, and Xbox Store compatibility should also be verified before purchase.

Vanguard game content and modes

Campaign

The story mode unfolds across different fronts, including the Pacific, France, Stalingrad, and North Africa. Players complete missions from the perspectives of different characters in a narrative leading to the formation of Task Force One. Cinematic presentation, armed combat, and varied mission structures support an immersive wartime atmosphere that can be experienced solo.

Multiplayer

In Multiplayer, loadout configuration, weapon progression, and Gunsmith customization are central to match progression. Teamwork, positioning, objective defense, and fast-paced combat skills take priority across different maps and modes. Champion Hill offers a multi-arena elimination format, while Patrol focuses on working as a team to control a moving zone.

Zombies

Zombies mode offers battles against waves of the undead under the Dark Aether theme. Forming a team, upgrading weapons, using abilities, and preparing for increasingly difficult encounters make up the mode's core gameplay loop. Multiplayer and Zombies provide different gameplay options for long-term progression outside the Campaign.

What does the Cross-Gen Bundle provide?

• Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S versions: The package includes digital versions of the game for both Xbox generations.
• Three main experiences: Provides access to the single-player Campaign, Multiplayer, and Zombies modes.
• Cross-generation play: Allows players on different Xbox generations to play together in supported online modes.
• Additional bundle content: The official Xbox page lists the Frontline Weapons Pack and five hours of weapon 2XP; the current contents shown on the product page should be considered definitive.

What to check before purchasing

This digital product is not a physical disc; the code must be redeemed through a Microsoft account on the Xbox Store. Check the Xbox One or Xbox Series X|S platform, your account's country setting, the product's Global usage conditions, and the delivery information on the product page. Online Multiplayer features may require an internet connection and a valid online gaming subscription on the console.

Refund conditions may change after the code has been redeemed or if activation is attempted using the wrong account or region. Therefore, language options, bundle contents, code region, and account eligibility should be verified before purchase.
