Euro Truck Simulator 2 - Scandinavia DLC

What is Euro Truck Simulator 2 - Scandinavia DLC?

Euro Truck Simulator 2 - Scandinavia DLC is a Steam downloadable content pack that expands the base game's map with Sweden, Norway, and Denmark. It lets you explore Scandinavia's coastal cities, forests, lakes, mountain passes, and long tunnels from behind the wheel. This content is not a standalone game; you must own the Euro Truck Simulator 2 base game on your Steam account to play it.

The map expansion adds major cities such as Stockholm, Malmö, Gothenburg, Oslo, Stavanger, Bergen, Copenhagen, Aalborg, and Esbjerg to the delivery network. This allows you to expand your existing haulage company northward, purchase new garages, and operate across a broader network of routes.

A new haulage experience on Scandinavian roads

Scandinavia DLC does more than add new cities; it also diversifies the driving experience with road designs specific to the region. Norway's winding mountain roads and tunnels demand more careful driving, while routes across Sweden and Denmark offer different options for long-distance deliveries. Recognizable landmarks, ports, and natural scenery help give each route its own distinctive appearance.

New ferry terminals allow you to travel between coastal cities and plan international deliveries using connections to northern Germany, Poland, or the United Kingdom. Balancing ferry travel times, rest requirements, and delivery deadlines makes resource management more important on long routes.

New cargo, industries, and delivery destinations

The expansion pack offers numerous new cargo options, including food, machinery, construction materials, and bulk freight. New trailer models designed for transporting livestock and trucks also increase mission variety. Container ports and industrial areas across Scandinavia create new business connections for players who want to increase company revenue and specialize in different types of cargo.

The ability to deliver vehicles to Scania and Volvo Trucks factories reinforces the region's haulage theme with real-world production facilities. You can use your earnings to expand your fleet of trucks, hire drivers, upgrade your garages, and make your logistics network across Europe more efficient.
