Terms

1.1 These Terms of Service are concluded between the ItemGold platform (the “Platform”) and any user accessing it with or without an account (the “User”).

1.2 By accessing the Platform, every User declares that they have read and accepted these terms in full.

2.1 ItemGold contains two separate commerce surfaces: Products for catalogue products and Listings for unique listings from individual sellers or verified business stores.

2.2 The seller, seller role, delivery method, invoice issuer, merchant of record, refund route, and chargeback responsibility may differ by transaction and must be disclosed before a binding purchase.

2.3 An “ItemGold Authorized Seller” label describes a role granted within ItemGold. It does not claim authorization, endorsement, or affiliation by a game publisher unless that relationship is stated separately and verified.

3.1 The User must keep their account details accurate and up to date; they are responsible for any use of their account by third parties.

3.2 The User may not publish listings or carry out transactions on the Platform that violate applicable law, game publishers' rules, or the principle of good faith.

3.3 Transactions or communications moved outside the Platform may not be covered by ItemGold records, review tools, or any transaction-specific protection disclosed at checkout.

4.1 ItemGold has no tolerance for objectionable content. Listings, storefronts, reviews, questions and messages must not contain unlawful, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, fraudulent or deceptive material, content that infringes the rights of others, or malware and any other harmful code.

4.2 The same zero tolerance applies to conduct. Accounts that harass or threaten other Users, impersonate someone else, expose another person's private information, or abuse other Users in any other way have no place on the Platform.

4.3 Every listing, storefront, review, question and message can be reported. Reports are reviewed and acted on within 24 hours: content confirmed as objectionable is removed and the account responsible is suspended or terminated.

4.4 A User may block another User. A blocked User cannot send messages to, or otherwise contact, the User who blocked them.

4.5 Reports of objectionable content or abusive users can be raised as a support request through the Help Center, or through the official channels published on the Contact page, where ItemGold's company information and contact details are available to everyone.

5.1 Delivery, inspection, cancellation, refund, and dispute terms are specific to the product or listing and must be shown before checkout.

5.2 Payment holding or escrow applies only when the checkout expressly identifies a validated provider, the parties to the arrangement, release conditions, and the applicable terms. No universal escrow promise is made by this summary.

5.3 Where an inspection or dispute process is offered, its time window, evidence requirements, and decision route must be stated in the order terms.

6.1 All rights to the brands, logos, designs, and software on the Platform are reserved; they may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

6.2 Game content shown in listing images belongs to the respective publishers.

7.1 The Platform may temporarily suspend the service for technical reasons; this does not give rise to any claim for compensation.

7.2 The Platform may update these terms; the current version takes effect upon publication and is announced on this page.
