A New Era Begins for Monster Hunter Wilds on Switch 2

Monster Hunter Wilds is preparing to bring Capcom's next-generation hunting experience to Nintendo Switch 2 after PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. Capcom has announced that the game is in development for Switch 2, with more details to be shared in the future.

Given the strong history of the Monster Hunter series on Nintendo platforms, this announcement is not surprising. The series has built a strong player base on portable gaming culture for many years. The success of Monster Hunter Rise on the Switch was one of the significant examples that kept Capcom's interest in the Nintendo ecosystem alive.

The arrival of Wilds on Switch 2 bears a different significance. Monster Hunter Wilds is designed with larger maps, dynamic ecosystems, intense environmental changes, and modern visual targets.
