Your personal data is processed by ItemGold (the “Company”) as the data controller, within the scope described below and in line with applicable data protection law.

Identity details (name, surname), contact details (email, phone), transaction security data (IP address, session logs), customer transaction records (orders and refunds), and identity verification data collected during seller verification.

Payment card data is never stored by the Company; it is processed through licensed payment institutions.

Your data is processed to run membership and order flows (performance of a contract), to prevent fraud and keep the platform secure (legitimate interest), to fulfil legal obligations, and — only with your explicit consent — for marketing communication.

Your data may be shared with payment institutions, hosting and IT service providers, and authorized public authorities — only to the extent required and in accordance with the law. Your data is never sold to third parties for commercial purposes.

Personal data is kept for the periods required by law (e.g., 3 years for e-commerce records, 10 years for financial records); at the end of that period it is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.

You have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request deletion or destruction, object to outcomes produced by automated analysis, and claim compensation if you suffer damages.
